He is an expert consultant and trainer in Quality Management & Improvement, Business Excellence, ZED Master, and Lean Manufacturing. He has more than 13 years of experience in business process management, improving business output especially manufacturing processes, operational excellence and has provided Consulting and Training to more than 150 clients of all sizes and statuses .He has Conducted research, acquired a PhD degree in the field of process management and improvement – “Continuous Quality Improvement in Automobile SMEs using Auto Core Tools”.

She is a master planner and problem-solver with proven skills in leading every idea to implementation. Owing to her role as Manager - Operations & Business Excellence, she acts as clients’ single point contact and plays a crucial role in developing new products. Armed with an experience of 9 years, she has been a catalyst in achieving the organizational goals with a dedicated focus on improving internal processes. A lead member of the 4C Excellence Team, she believes in continuous improvement and works cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, operations, and other office functions to enhance processes throughout the business.

He is an adept consultant and trainer in Quality, Environment and Health & safety, Food safety and Energy Management, Improvement, and Business Excellence. He is an energetic and ambitious person who has developed believes in strategically tackling any and every task. In his 10 years of management consultancy experience, he has successfully achieved certain objectives on time and with unparalleled excellence.
